I. Online shopping order
(1) Joining members: You can join members by using FB or registering a new account& password. Members enjoy promotion offers and discounts, if available. Non-members can also order all the products from this website after completing the information according to the ordering procedure required.
(2) Searching products: Utilize the on-line shopping banner on landing page to browse the web pages relevant to the products you want to purchase.
(3) Shopping checkout: Click “Shopping Cart” or “Buy Now” on the related shopping pages to enter the checkout procedures.
(4) Invoicing: Select the Duplicate or Triplicate Uniform Invoices. Please fill in the required information in the form of Triplicate Uniform Invoice. According to "Uniform Invoice Use Method", the invoice should not be arbitrarily altered as long as it has been issued.
(5) Payment options: Please select the payment method and fill in the order information.
(6) Order notification: After completing the ordering procedures, the system will automatically notify the customers via email. The message only represents “the order has been received by Website”. It does not necessarily means that the transaction has been completed or the sales contract has been established.
(7) Order completion: The order transaction is completed upon the full completion of payment procedures. The shipment will be arranged immediately. If the order has not been confirmed more than 7 days (Including holidays) due to incomplete payment procedures, the system will automatically cancel the order.
(8) DAIMONTEX Co. Ltd. accepts or rejects the orders of online shopping at its full discretion.
(9) Invoice issued: Consumer can freely return goods within 7 days, if the goods are intact as original. (SDAP, Seven-Day Appreciation Period). After the SDAP, the invoice will be issued and sent to customers. The above operation might be postponed during holidays.

II. Return and exchange
(1) SDAP:
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of China, consumers have “Seven-Day Appreciation Period”(SDAP), including holidays, from the day customers received the goods ordered online. During the SDAP, the product can be unboxed for appreciation, but please do not test or try by connecting to electric power source, installing, dismantling, or changing any part of the products. If you find any problems, you can return or exchange them within 7 days. Product returned goods must be restored to the original state when the product was received, including products, accessories, internal and external package, brochures and documents, promotion gimmicks, etc. If customers return partially, the rest items will be charged and returned items will be refunded later, depending on the working time required by banks.
(2) Requirements and Procedure of return and exchange:
a. Customers can claim exchange or return within SDAP.
b. All goods are inspected by QA before shipping out through professional logistics company. If the damage is not caused by human errors, such as natural disaster, unknown collision/scratches/dirt, reckless delivery/transportation, please take photos with your mobile phone and immediately contact customer service within SDAP. After the defects or damages are confirmed, we will send you the new product for replacement as soon as possible.
c. Within SDAP, if customers want to return due to personal factors, given goods are not damaged or defective, all the freight and related expenses derived will be at the customer’s expenses.
d. Return or exchange is not accepted when the following condition occurs:
• The main item or promotion gimmicks are lost, unpacked, installed
•Customized products.
• Damage, wear, abrasion, scratches, and dirt due to human factors such as improper use or disassembly.
• The package of main products, accessories, promotion gimmicks, merchandise boxes are not original ones received.
• Exceed the SDAP deadline
(3) Return cancellation
a. Please go to "My Account → Check Order", confirm the item you want to cancel or return, press the "Cancel / Return" button, it will be processed for you immediately. If you cannot successfully apply for cancellation/return online, please contact DAIMONTEX customer service.
b. When applying for returns, please make sure to place the complete product, accessories, gifts and merchandise boxes in the original outer cartons, and restore to the original condition to facilitate the return and exchange operations. If you have received the invoices or shipping documents, please also return to DIAMONTEX to expedite the refund as soon as possible.
(4) Refund
a. Please update your personal information at any time to facilitate refunds and notifications.
b. The DIAMONTEX office hours for Refund/return time is 9:00~17:00 Mon to Fri. If the returned merchandises fail to meet the above (2) requirements, it will affect the refund progress.
c. The actual progress of the refund is subject to the bank's work schedules.

III. Payment method

IV. Delivery
(1) With one single address in Taiwan's Main Island. No shipping fee will be charged, when the purchase amount exceeds TWD10,000 (inclusive). For purchase less than TWD10,000 or Outer Island delivery(regardless of the purchase amount) , shipping fee will be charged to customers.
(2) Cooperate with professional logistics companies to provide convenient and fast delivery services.
(3) When the order is received before 1:00 pm (Mon. to Fri. excluding the holiday) and the goods are in stock, the shipment might arrive on the next day in Taiwan Main Island. Base on the logistics operations, Outer Island or Remote Areas, customized products, holidays, other force majeure, etc., the shipment might take 3-4 days. Please make sure your mobile phone is on for the contact from logistics company.

V. Commodity warranty
The "Product Warranty Sticker" will be enclosed with the merchandise, , please attach it to the main product body for future identification of the warranty period. Without warranty sticker, it might affect your rights and interests in product warranty.
