Light Engine:
Traditional PCB and thermal pastes are not used. Instead, our module uses a direct cooling mechanism with much higher stability and performance.
Separated Power Module:
The module includes both the detachable LED light source and the seating module featuring excellent heat dissipation, waterproof, and easy package transportation and retaining the high reliability and efficiency of LED.
Low Temperature LED Light:
When used in sub-zero environments, LED streetlights often create hazardous icicles due to the heat dissipation. The common aluminum shell LED lights have the strong hydrophilic property, increasing the formation of icicles. Our light uses a poly-thermal material to insulate the conductor from the light case. Icicles can no longer be formed upon our lights, creating an effective solution for an external light under low temperature conditions.
Post-Power Safety LED Light:
The safety LED light features a “continuous post-power ”. During normal operation, an internal capacitor is charged; if power is interrupted, the light immediately begins using the capacitor to power light.
Hollow-Cavity LED Light:
The LED light contains a hollow cavity, utilizing the chimney effect to cool the main body, increasing the efficiency of the light; in addition, the LED component radially surrounds the outer wall of the light, creating a wide-spread, even distribution of light.
No Metallic Power Contact:
The lamp contains a waterproof LED light and an external power seat without metallic power contact. The power is supplied by electromagnetic induction between these two units.
